Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations carry a 25% fee. A $30 deposit is required for new clients on select services and is non-refundable if you cancel or don't show. Please arrive on time — we offer a 10-minute grace period; after that, we'll need to reschedule.
